When I’m not at the gym, I’m typically just hanging out with friends, hitting up the golf course or playing volleyball. I’m not the best golfer, but it’s one of my favorite past times. Nothing beats challenging yourself to do better and hanging out with friends on the course.
I started training others because I wanted to help change people’s lives. This is what continues to drive me today. I want to help you achieve the goals you deserve to have.
I graduated in 2012 with my BS of Nursing. I have studied and experimented with many different diets and foods and help people develop nutritional and health practices that stop, and even reverse weight gain and disease processes.
I decided to become a coach because I really wanted to help others achieve what usually seems like an unattainable goal of being fit. I was not a high school or college athlete myself. I only began taking this seriously in my early 30’s when I moved to Texas and started working with Andy eight years ago. It’s really never too late to start taking care of yourself, making yourself a priority and achieving what you want to do!
My little brother, James Scott, head Strength Trainer for the Chinese professional basketball team Shanghi Sharks, introduced me to Crossfit, nutrition, and motivation about 4 years ago. Determined, I fixed up my garage (with no machines!), and started doing workouts.
After 3 years of self- motivated garage workouts and good nutrition, I figured I needed a gym to call home. I was referred to Veritas and fell in love. Now I’m coaching here!
