Latest Success/Goal working towards?
Just staying in good physical condition and getting better at double-unders, I can do muscle-ups, HSPU, walk on my hands etc…, but double-unders…they are my arch nemesis, I guess I’m to white and ain’t got no rhythm, haha, to be honest it’s just something I don’t practice enough, I know if I put forth the effort and practice constantly I’ll get’m down. Which leads to my answer for the next question.
Advice for Newbies?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, coming to a place like VSC will be an absolutely wonderful experience, the movements might seem intimidating at first(but the people aren’t)trust me it is and was to anyone who’s tried this type training before, don’t focus on that you’ll get there….. but you must be consistent, push yourself and the others around you, don’t give up and have fun! The one thing I love and appreciate about this type of training is the more you do the better you’ll get, but the workouts never get easier cause as you improve, your level of intensity, strength and endurance also improves which makes you continue to push yourself harder and you realize how obtainable your goals are when you do push yourself, stay consistent and don’t give up.
